My background includes 25 years developing and leading HR initiatives inside Fortune 500 companies with a multi-state footprint. As well, I've helped small and medium-size companies grow through acquisition. My teams have led initiatives to integrate cultures and workflows. Industries include Real Estate, Mortgage, Distribution and Health Care. I was honored with the Cendant HR High Achievement Everest Award and was a finalist for NHRA Executive of the Year.
I am a Dr. Sears Wellness Institute Certified Health Coach and have a degree in Organizational Behavior from USF and a M.A. in Psychology from Pepperdine with an emphasis in family dynamics.
