Our Experience
After 25 of years of HR leadership and achieving award winning success, I started a consulting practice to assist small employers with their HR needs.
Why Us?
Compliance is important and often payroll and benefits vendors offer valuable assistance. My job is to apply my experience to assist you with a practical application of the rules while you navigate employee onboarding, development, retention and on occasion employee dismissal. Rules are rules, but life (including work-life) is nuanced. I know how to traverse the nuance and help you work with your employees to get to your desired goal.
I maintain a small practice and build relationships that last. So, I am able to provide the devoted time and custom guidance you deserve.
While I stay sharp in my areas of expertise, I maintain a solid network of trusted referral partners who have strengths in areas that are outside my scope of practice.
